All Referees must be familiar with the official USAPA rules. The Tournament Director should have a copy available on site. They should also have training sessions to review all rules. The following are links to the Official Rules sections.

Section 2 defines acceptable balls, Section 14 defines the Referee's responsibilities. clothing, etc. It's recommended that Tournament Directors supply referees with a copy of these Sections.
